A Wonderful Antique Victorian Gold Bracelet with Old Cushion Cut Amethyst, Vintage late Victorian - early Art Deco Period. This is a stunning piece from an estate collection. The center of this antique bracelet holds a stunning deep rich African amethyst gemstone with antique cushion cut faceting. The stone has the most gorgeous hue and is the most prized of amethyst coloration. The bracelet is composed of solid 9ct European gold, as marked on several links. The detailing around the amethyst is quite wonderful and the gold has a lovely soft feel to the hand. This was acquired through an estate collection and is estimated to date to the late Victorian period to the earlier Art Deco Era. The amethyst is approximately 10 x 12mm. Overall the bracelet is about 7 1/4 inches long by about 5/8 inch wide at its center. This is truly a lovely piece in lovely vintage condition.
