An Incredible Pair of Antique Aquamarine Earrings with Diamonds in Platinum and 18K Gold, Retro Art Deco Period, circa 1930 - 40's from the fine estate jewelry collection. These earrings hold stunning genuine Aquamarine gemstones with gorgeous clarity and nice medium color. They measure about 9 x 10mm each, cut in an emerald cut. These are very deep stones which contribute to their beautiful refraction and color. They are estimated at about 4.5 to 5 carats each in carat weight or approximately 9 to 10 carats total weight in Aquamarine for the pair (+/-, these stones have not been removed from the settings to be weighed so this is an approximation). The settings hold three (3) sparkling White Diamonds set in PLATINUM and treated with Antique Single Cut. There is an estimated .20 ptw in Diamond weight for the pair. The settings are rich 18K Gold in a wonderful Art Deco design, estimated to date circa 1930 - 40's Retro Deco Period. The open basket style settings allow for ample light to enter in through the settings thus highlighting the beauty of these fabulous stones. Overall these earrings measure about 3/4 inch long by about 1/2 inch wide and are in beautiful estate condition. They have post backings for pierced ears.
